Do NOT order from Moyses Stevens!
The WORST Company. Ordered 3 of their largest bouquets of pink roses, 85-90% of the bouquets arrived in a wilted green colour. After calling and sending photos they said they were in bloom. They were not, they were dead/dying. Total waste of money, they didn't bother to replace the flowers. Do NOT order from this company. It's been 4 days and the roses are all dead.

Was not impressed at all
Was not impressed at all. Looked nothing like advertised on Selfridges website, very sparse and not worth the money. Emailed through Selfridges and they were very helpful and apologetic but moyses stevens replied saying it’s not their fault some flowers weren’t available. Wish they just cancelled my order. Had to order from elsewhere as I was too embarrassed to give these to my friend.
Disappointing bouquet
A beautiful bouquet upon arrival - although arrived a day late. Sadly, within 2-3 days they were past their best and on day 5 they quite honestly were half dead. I contacted customer services who said they would only deal with a complaint within 48 hours of delivery and that 5 days for such a bouquet was perfectly acceptable. Definitely far better spending less money and buying flowers from a less prestigious company - they will last longer and will still

I don't even know why they deliver…
I don't even know why they deliver outside of London. I have had flowers from them 3 times and it has been awful each time. Imagine ordering flowers for a gift and they are bruised and look dead. Better off going to the local supermarket for flower worth £5 but look £50. Disappointing.

Look nice, but don’t last. Poor value for money
Flowers were bought for my wife’s birthday last week, the bouquet was very nice and looked wonderful.
Unfortunately the flowers didn’t last very long despite a lot of care and looking after them, they were practically dead after 5 days. Shop bought flowers from Waitrose were received at the same time and lasted far longer at a fraction of the cost.

Terrible customer service avoid at all times.
This firm is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Flowers were orders for my sister in laws 50th. They were damaged in transit and never turned up. The company never informed us that they hadn’t been delivered until we asked our sister in law if she had revived them. After 5 phone calls an an email I have now been told that a refund has been processed. I am not sure if this is to be believed as I have had similar stories from the previous calls. Please do not use this company.

Flowers were nothing like photos on the website
My order arrived with brownish leaves and looking nothing like the photographs on their website.When I telephoned them upon delivery I received shocking customer services even though I sent them through a photo of the flowers. After that my emails are bouncing back as if they are going out of business. An extremely strange and disappointing experience. Flowers not worth the money and if something goes wrong they don’t want to know. Strongly recommend that you do not bother with this company. My profile are the flowers charged at £70.00 plus delivery.
I will never use this firm again
I will never use this firm again. They have no concept of customer service and have twice failed to deliver the flowers in a timely manner on the day booked many days in advance. It is hard to understand how such a hopeless business continues to trade.
A gifted expensive flower arrangement lasted three days
A expensive flower arrangement lasted three days and then had to be dumped in dust bin. This was a gift from my Canadian visitors. When I notified Moyes Stevens flowers they demanded details that I didn’t have due to the fact that I couldn’t provide as to where the flowers were purchased and the cost of this gift without embarrassing the friends who had gifted me with these flowers.

Appalled and hugely disappointed
As a very long-standing customer, I was absolutely appalled by the standard of flowers supplied for my wife's birthday.
They were rotting from the moment they were delivered. Utterly sub-standard. You would expect better from a common market barrow.
This is extremely distressing.
I doubt there is anything this company can now do that would persuade me to use its services ever again.
Mother’s Day flowers disaster
Had Mother’s Day flowers delivered on Friday 25th April by Saturday half the roses had wilted. Husband spoke to Kay and she requested photos which we sent. Husband had to phone back because nobody got in touch and was told by Spa that somebody would ring us back in 30-45 mins. Still waiting for their response. Now Mother’s Day all roses have wilted!

Terrible Customer Service
I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day to Scotland. On the Friday I receive an email saying they will delivered late. I call up to complain, I am promised a call back and that they will put it right. No call back comes through. I call them back ans I am told there is nothing they can do. Terrible experience and rotten customer service. Avoid.

Poor customer experience
Beautiful flowers bought from St Pancras for my birthday. They were dead within 24 hours. Found it impossible to email Moyse Stevens with my concerns. These were certainly not luxury flowers. Poor customer service & poor quality. Very disappointing & a complete waste of money.

Extreme rip-off
Extreme rip-off. I sent my wife flowers for her birthday, paying paying almost £140. It was a small, dried out bouquet that did not last. I was ashamed by it. My wife received 5 other flower bouquets for her birthday. The one from Moyses Stevens was the worst of the 6, and I know from two of the people that sent bouquets they paid half to two thirds less and their bouquets were so much healthier and more beautiful than Moyses Stevens. I truly encourage people to look elsewhere.
